Koa is here to help you organise the day and spot patterns. Your child’s health always deserves human judgment and professional care.
Not medical advice
Koa Baby Tracker is a record keeping and information tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Koa chat, insights, growth charts, reminders and reports are not a substitute for your doctor, midwife, nurse or other qualified health professional.
When to get help
If you think your child needs urgent medical attention, contact your local emergency services or an appropriate health professional immediately. Do not wait for a Koa notification, chat response or chart. For nonurgent concerns, speak with a qualified professional who knows your child.
Accuracy and limitations
Information in Koa depends on the records entered, the device and the available connection. Logs can be missing or incorrect, reminders can be delayed, and AI responses can be wrong or incomplete. Growth references compare measurements with population data; they cannot assess your child’s health on their own. Check dates, measurements and reports before sharing or acting on them.
Your decisions
You remain responsible for care decisions and for checking the information you enter. If something about your child seems wrong, trust your judgment and seek professional help. Using Koa does not create a patient–clinician relationship with ApplixLab.
